the About PCP 20 Cellulose fibre. Paper Clay Products produce extremely fine cellulose fibre by grinding paper to 20,000th of one inch (PCP 20 Fine) producing long but very thin fibres of cellulose in a fluff form. This is then compressed and bagged for posting to you. PCP 30 is ground 50% finer to give an extremely smooth finished product.
