Sometimes we
find ourselves at a point in life when we just don’t know what to do next,
whether it be in our business, job, or our personal lives.

It’s like being
“stuck”, and not seeming to have real purpose in our lives. Most of us forget
that we have choices but we can’t seem to make them.
I found myself in this confusing and very
frustrating place four years ago and I have never looked back having been
coached myself. I knew absolutely nothing about
“life coaching” but by complete accident I was introduced to someone by a
friend who was one!
So what is it? Well it’s not what the term
“coach” implies, showing you what to do, or advising you. You are giving all the
time and attention to express your feelings and issues in complete privacy.
It is a very personal experience and something
most of us have never been privileged to experience. Talking to close friends
and family will not give us such a completely neutral place to express ourselves
so openly. It is in that place that I can help and inspire you to discover your
aims, ambitions and where, and how you want your life to be.
My life has been very varied, from being a
professional musician in my early twenties, to running a specialist construction
company, a property developer, and setting up an estate agency concentrating
purely in individual properties around the Wye Valley areas. I have three
children from 23 down to 18 who I have brought up mainly on my own, two of which
are now living the Spanish experience with me as part of their journey to their
aspirations.
So why did I want to be a life or business
coach!? Well quite simply, I want to give others the tremendous inspiration,
determination and confidence that I was given by my coach. I discovered within
me, a deep rooted desire to move to this stunning part of Spain, to enjoy the
Spanish culture and their way of life, learn the language and live a much
superior quality of life here in Andalucia.
I wanted to have the very best qualifications
available in the UK and have been trained by IhD, the Institute of
Human Development, to ensure
that I can give you the best and most professional life coaching available. I
can also provide executive life coaching to the business community either one to
one or on a department basis.
Whilst I mainly provide face to face life
coaching, I also coach by telephone to my personal and executive clients
elsewhere in Spain and around the world.
I want to give
real purpose to anyone out here who feel “stuck” just like I was!!
