It is very important that we have an initial conversation to establish that you feel comfortable with me as your coach. There is no charge for this, “the chemistry meeting”.

I would always recommend face to face meetings where possible and this always needs to be somewhere where you would feel most comfortable, well away from anything, or anyone, that you feel might distract you.

Whilst everyone is completely different life coaching usually needs about four 2 hour sessions, however it has been known for it to take just one! Escentially the number of sessions is entirely up to you.

I have also been asked to do, “stay in touch” sessions or “top ups” once or twice a year. These can be face to face or by telephone.

In any event I am here for you and I am happy to be guided by your needs. 

My fees for a personal coaching session will start from 150 Euros on the basis that you are within an hour’s drive of Antiquera, and payment be made at the end of each session.
